NCC Fall 2026 Cohort

What is different this time
I will work one-on-one with every student myself
Usually I pair students with mentors who guide them through the program and work with them on their personal and professional goals. Depending on the size of a cohort, that work could be split between five different mentors.
For this cohort I am doing something I have not done in about 15 years. I am keeping the group together and working one-on-one with each student personally, through the entire NCC process: completing certification, earning your ICF credential, building your coaching business, and all the points in between.
Other instructors will still come in to teach different parts of the curriculum. But I will be there through the whole thing, coaching you through the personal transformation that comes with learning these skills and putting them together into a service you feel confident offering to your community.
To make this possible, the cohort will stay small. That is why registration closes September 15. I want the time to get to know everyone before we begin in October.

NCC has become much greater than a coaching certification. What you are really saying yes to is a major life and career change, inspired by something deep and personal. You will not be the same person on the other side. If a certificate is all you are after, I would probably point you to a different program.
A change like this brings you right up against the unknown, and that can stir up fear, grief, and limiting beliefs. You do not have to navigate that alone. This program teaches you powerful tools for guiding your clients, and at the same time supports the transformation that follows after you say yes to your Vision.
A question that comes up a lot
Does Nature-Connected Coaching work with groups?
Yes. 100 percent, absolutely.
Everything you learn in NCC can be used one-on-one or with a group. Many of the people joining this fall cohort are very interested in doing this work with groups, so that is going to be a rich part of our dialogue together as a cohort.
If group work is part of your Vision, you will be in good company.
Your first paid clients
You could start seeing paid clients by the end of December
The cohort begins in October with the Foundations module. When that module wraps up at the end of December, you become eligible to start working with paying clients. You do not have to wait until the whole program is done to begin.

Work closely with me over the next few months to get your business started. If you pick up a few clients early, your coaching work could help cover your monthly tuition payment. Wouldn't that be cool?

If you follow all the steps and stick to the process, and you still have not generated any paying clients by the time the two years are up, I will continue to work with you until you do, at no additional charge.
What is included
Everything in the NCC program
- Full ICF Level 2 NCC curriculum and student handbooks
- Free and unlimited alumni retakes on all the Toolbox modules
- 14 months of NCC mentoring with Michael (monthly 1:1 meetings and direct private chat)
- ICF mentor coaching for ACC and PCC credentialing
- 2 years of business mentoring with Michael, plus business development workshops during that time
- Access to the step-by-step Business Development Milestones, worksheets, and feedback
- Access to the NCC Resources Library, with over 50 lessons and resources
- Introductory lessons in nature connection, coaching, and guiding skills
- Community events (practice groups, Toolbox integration calls, alumni council gatherings, and more)
- Lifetime access to EBI online community spaces and your cohort's private space on Mighty Networks
Tuition and payment plans
A $2,500 deposit will get you started
Full tuition is $15,000. Every plan starts with a minimum deposit of $2,500. The remaining $12,500 can be paid over 6 to 30 months.

This grid shows the plans with the minimum $2,500 deposit. Monthly payments begin after the deposit. The financing fee is added to the tuition balance on the 18, 24, and 30 month plans.
