What this is
Nature-Connected Living and Leadership is a six-week live cohort about bringing Nature more fully into your life and your leadership. It is experiential and cohort-centered. You'll learn by practicing out on the land near your home and alongside a small group of people who feel the same pull to Nature as you do.
You will learn the foundation of our Nature-Connected Coaching method, which is rooted in Nature awareness and backed by professional coaching, neuroscience, and psychology. You will be able to apply the benefits of these skills to your own life, and gain the clarity and confidence you need to share them with others.
This is for you if:
- You feel a pull toward Nature, and you want it to be a bigger part of your daily life, not just a place you visit and leave.
- You sense that what Nature has given you could help others too, and you want to learn how to bring it to the people, families, or community you feel called to support.
- You want a grounded method you can trust and explain, and a small group of peers who are as motivated as you are to live a nature-connected life.

- Six live sessions, Thursdays from 5 to 7pm Mountain Time, July 23 through late August.
- Held live on Zoom, with practice out on your own land between calls, so you can take part from wherever you are.
- Taught live by Michael and Sara, in a small, experiential and discussion-based format.
- A cohort community that will be an ongoing source of support and connection long after the calls end.

Michael Jospé is the founder of the Earth Based Institute, where he has taught nature-connected living and coaching since 2008.
Sara Brells is a certified Nature-Connected Coach and a mentor in our certification program. Her journey with EBI started right here, with this program.
